Arthur "Art" W. F. Call, 82, of Augusta, KS,
beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 10, 2018 in Wichita,
KS. Rosary 7 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February
17, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Augusta, KS. Art was born in El
Dorado, Kansas on October 5, 1935, to the late Dorothy (Loveland) and William "Ollie" Call. Art was a U.S. Army
Korean War veteran and retired as a SGT 1st Class from the Army Reserve. He was a member of the Augusta Memorial VFW Post
6746 and was honored with the Living Legend award in 2015. Art was a Grand Knight and District Deputy for the Knights of Columbus.
Art retired from the Augusta Department of Safety after 30 years of paid and volunteer service. Art also owned Call Plumbing
for 10 years. In 1973 he married Carmen (Alfaro) and she survives him after 44 years. He is also survived by: sons, Kevin
Call and wife Sandy of Augusta; Kirk Call and wife Kara of Wichita; Mark Lewis and fiancée Monique Viner of Wichita;
Brian Lewis and wife Tamra of Wichita; and Gregg Lewis and wife Loresa of El Dorado; daughter, Shelly Marbut and husband Ray
of Augusta; sisters, Pat Chrislip and husband Roger; Bert Winter and husband Don; Colleen Harris and husband Darwin; brother,
Tracy Call and wife Bea; 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents;
and sisters, Twila Crane, Peggy Roberts, Marie Monfort and Cricket Williams. Memorial donations to St. James Catholic School,
