A. Darlene Roberts, 64, of Augusta, KS, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 in Augusta, KS. Visitation 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2023 and service 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 14, 2023, both at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Augusta, KS. Darlene was born in McPherson, KS on December 10, 1958, to the late Anganetha (Huebert) and Melvin Ford. She worked at Prairie State Bank for many years as the head teller and later worked in the loan department. Darlene was also a stay at home mom for many years. On July 5, 1975 she married Scott T. Roberts in McPherson, KS. He preceded her in death in 2012. She is survived by: daughter, Jennifer Kirkpatrick and husband Adam of Augusta, KS; son, Joseph Roberts and wife Patricia of IN; sisters, Rose Davis and husband Jerry of AL, Beverly Pangrac and husband Butch of Mission, KS, and Diana Blandin of Hutchinson, KS; grandchildren, Tucker (Emilee), Jolee (Jacob), Landon, Kyla, Morgan, Clara, and Cailin; great grandchildren, Ella and Dean.
