Barbara Sue Heatwole

Barbara Sue Heatwole, 79, homemaker of Augusta, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 at home. Service 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta. Barbara was born in Los Angeles, California on June 18, 1938, to the late Ethel (Alcorn) and Clinton  Neeley. On April 25, 1958 she married Robert  Heatwole Sr. in Topeka, Kansas and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death: sisters, Leah Rogers, Gracie Meredith and Evelyn Gilbert; great grandson, Hayden Pilant. She is survived by: sons, Robert Heatwole, Jr. (Felisa) of Wichita; and Mike Heatwole of Augusta; brother, Duane Neeley of Westville, OK; grandchildren, Kaysie Pilant (Matthew), Laci Heatwole (Dane Bryan), Lindsay Litwinski (Jake), Christopher Smith (Dana) Travis Smith, Haylie Berning (Jake); great grandchildren, Kayden Pilant, Parker and Landon Vernia, Jaxon Litwinski, Braxton Anaya, Adelyn Heatwole-Gallegos, Baylie Smith, Evan Smith, Daylin Childers, Brenly Childers, and Ariah Smith.
