Charles "Chuck" V. Miller, Jr. 82, of Augusta, KS, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Wichita, KS. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Rosary 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 followed by 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial all at St; James Catholic Church, Augusta. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Augusta, KS. Charles was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 21, 1938, to the late Bernice "Dolly" Ann (Burdick) Miller and Charles Vincent Miller, Sr. He had served in the U.S. Marine Corp. Chuck worked as a pharmaceutical salesman for Abbott Labs and retired as a project manager from AT&T. On May 23, 1960 he married Rosalyn Ann (Bartel) Miller in Amarillo, Texas. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Susie Cole. Chuck is survived by: son, Charlie Miller and wife Brenda; daughters, Julie Miller, Jill Keazer and husband Bill; sister, Judy Ellis; brothers, Mike Miller, Barney Miller (Janie), Don Miller (Sue), Steven Miller (Judi) and David Miller (Desi); grandchildren: Galena, Aaron, Chelsea, Lauren, Brice (Megan), Jessica (Austin), Brock (Hayley), Sara (Josh), Ryan and Jessica, great grandchildren: Ari, Cora, Charlotte, Scarlett, Mavryk, Roman, Holden, Harper, Gage, Tresa, Addy, Trent, Jadyn, Kennedy, Noah and Hailey. Memorial donations to St. James Catholic Church 1012 Belmont Avenue Augusta, Kansas 67010 or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice 313 S. Market Wichita, Kansas 67202.
