Deanna Mae (Kneifl) Crawford

Deanna Mae (Kneifl) Crawford, 82, of Rose Hill, KS, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023. Rosary 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Headley Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023 at St. James Catholic Church, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Kansas Veterans Cemetery Winfield, KS. Deanna was born in Hartington, NE on July 16, 1940, to the late Hazel (Brown) and Robert Kneifl. She was a Speech and Language Pathologist at The Institute of Logopedics and Butler County Coop for 27 years. Deanna's love of her family and her faith guided everything in her life. On November 25, 1959 she married Joe Crawford and he survives her. She is also survived by: daughter, Kathleen Barth and husband Jim of Rose Hill, KS; sister, Liz Bellman and husband Bill of Ft. Worth, TX; sisters in law Joan Kneifl and Martha Kneifl; grandson, Christopher Barth and wife Brandi; great grandsons, Liam and Jensen Barth, and Landon Sharp. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Mike and Phil Kneifl. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Lord's Diner 520 N Broadway Wichita, KS 67214.
