Gerie Rene Bass

Gerie Rene Bass, 52, of Bel Aire, KS, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 in Wichita, KS. Gerie was born in Wichita, KS on May 15, 1970, to Norma Jean (Irvine) and Gerald Ray Bass. She was a senior buyer for B.J.G. Electronics and she had previously worked for Wesco. She is survived by: mother, Jean Bass; son, Michael Spies and wife Morgana; sister, Wendy Bass Browning and husband Sean; grandchildren, Grason Dodgen, McKenzie and Forrest Spies; niece, Ashli Miller and husband Derick; nephew, Luke Browning and wife Shae; great nephews, Jaxson and Parker Miller, Anakin Browning. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Bass. The family will hold a celebration of life 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Prairie Trail Cowboy Church, 8552 S Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060.
