Innes M. Wike

Innes M. Wike, 84, of Augusta, KS, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Service 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2019, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta. Innes was born in Augusta, KS on October 22, 1934, to the late Osa (Johnson) and Earnest Gardner. She worked as a clerk most of her life. On May 1, 1952 she married Robert Wike. He preceded her in death in December of 1992. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Spivey and Doris Shryock. She is survived by: daughter, Kathy Hulse and husband  Bill of Augusta; son, David Wike and wife Patty of Wichita; twin sister, Bernice Carriger of Ft. Scott, KS; grandchildren, Megan Buaas (John), Matthew Hulse (Ashleigh), Mitchell Hulse, Travis Wike (Kerrie) and Kristen McKeage (Nick); and 12 great grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Foundation 250 W.
