I. Pauline Combow, 91, of Augusta, KS, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 in Andover, KS. Viewing 9:00 a.m., Rosary 9:30 a.m., and Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. all on Friday, December 16, 2022 at St. James Catholic Church, Augusta, KS. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery Augusta, KS. Pauline was born in Louisville, CO on March 19, 1931, to the late Myrtle Edna (Sanders) and Ernest M. Heckard. She retired from Boeing in 1991 having worked in parts distribution. She had also previously worked at Cessna and Lehrs. On August 26, 1948 she married Charles Willis Combow in Topeka, KS. He preceded her in death in 2006. She was also preceded in death by her daughters, Nancy Combow and Beverly Maly; sisters, Mary Maxine, Lois, Betty, and Judy; brothers, Bill and Jerry; granddaughter, Ariel Patrick. She is survived by: daughter, Peggy Cyphers (Bud) of Augusta, KS; son, Chuck Combow (Toni) of Merriam Woods, MO; daughter, Deborah Patrick of Wichita, KS; son, Greg Combow (Patti) of Grove, OK; grandchildren, Amy Cyphers, Christine Combow, Erin Cyphers, Jason Catlett (Kim), Jennifer Pollard (Jeff), Aaron Alfaro, Cory Combow (Ellie), Joseph Cyphers (Crystal), Dereck Combow, Rian Patrick, Amanda Maly, Laura Swallow (Brandon), and Alex Combow (Sydney); 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
