Judy Deane Knepp

Judy Deane Knepp, 81, of Augusta, KS, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at home. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Church of the Nazarene, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Augusta, KS. Judy was born in Russell, KS on August 8, 1943, to the late Marjorie (Pope) and Dean William Dumler. Judy enjoyed shopping, flower gardening, and had a love for animals.  She was also a lover of books and was herself a published author. Judy's faith was important to her and she enjoyed the local prayer group she attended. She started as bookkeeper and payroll manager at Eby Construction and later for the family business, Ron Knepp motors. On June 7, 1963 she married Ron Knepp in Russell, KS who survives her. She is also survived by: son, Danny Knepp and wife Michelle of Sapulpa, OK; daughter, Connie McAllister and husband Casey of Augusta, KS; sisters, Betha Howard of Andover, KS and Christy Young and husband Kirk of Marquette, KS; grandchildren, Andrew Knepp (Chelsea), Shellie Gabriel (Shain), Mitchell McAllister, Jared McAllister, and Sara McAllister; great grandchildren, Amera Knepp, Vanellope Knepp, Thorin Knepp, and River Gabriel. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Knepp. Memorial donations may be made to Church of the Nazarene, 117 West 6th Ave. Augusta, KS 67010.
