Leesa Frances Hughes

Leesa Frances Hughes, 66, of Rose Hill, KS, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at home. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Leesa was born in San Pedro, CA on November 17, 1956. On May 18, 1997 she married Darrin Hughes at their home. Before retiring, Leesa had a love for her job as a real estate agent and she was very good at it. She enjoyed going to the lake, but she especially enjoyed spending time at home with her family. She is also survived by: her husband Darrin; her mother, Helen Medkief; son, Garrett Williamson; daughter, Chrissy King and husband John; daughter, Candace Williamson; son, Aaron Hughes and wife Amanda; daughter, Crozby Befort and husband Douglas; grandchildren, Collin, Caylee, Levi, and Adaline; siblings, Del, Tab, Dax, and Debra Blades. She was preceded in death by her father, Delmer Lee Blades; mother, Linda Blades; father, Clyde Medkief; and brothers, Lynn, Clay, and Lance Blades.
