Martha Lee (Kephart) (Dulin) Watts of Augusta, KS, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Martha was born in Parsons, KS to the late Lota (Wilkerson) and Omer Kephart. In her early years, she worked as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell and later as a secretary at Boeing. She relocated to Augusta, Kansas in the Fall of 1949. Many in the Augusta area know her because of her work as a Realtor of many years who helped so many. Over the years she was President of the Butler County Board of Realtors, was a member of the State Committee and won numerous awards. During her life, she was also a homemaker, house wife, and mother. She was very outgoing and loved people. She is survived by: son, Wade Dulin and wife Linda of Wichita, KS; daughter, Karen Yost and husband Bob of Augusta, KS; daughter, Donna Jacot and husband John of Moline, KS; son, Troy Watts of Augusta, KS; brother, Joe Kephart; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Dulin in 1965, and Dean Watts in 2015, along with two brothers and three sisters. A private family service will be held in Chanute, Kansas at her request.
