Robert  "Bob" Seacat, 86, of Derby, KS, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024 in Andover, KS. Memorial service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Bob was born in Harrison, Indiana on May 10, 1937, to the late Letha May (Walker) Jacobs and Ogney Todd Seacat. He served as a Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army. Bob worked as an over the road truck driver most of his life for numerous companies.  Earlier in life, he also worked at Firestone as a store manager.  Bob enjoyed fishing and all wildlife. He also was an avid gardener. On November 4, 2015, he married Marianne K. (Waltner) Seacat at the El Dorado Lake and she survives him. He is also survived by: son, Todd Barry Seacat; daughter, Carla Rena Schofield and husband Darrell; step son, Troy Spencer and wife Tiffany; brother, Lot Hardy Seacat and wife Janet; grandchildren Ashton Osburn, Shae Firebaugh (Stewart), Blake Osburn, Abby Schofield, Brooklyn Schofield, Maclaine Noxon (Jake) and Madison Spencer; and great grandchildren, Bentley, Jordan, Lincoln and Winslow. He was preceded in death by a brother, Cyril Rex Seacat and a sister, Vera Jean Butler. Memorial donations to American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
