Rochelle Kay (Miller) Smith

Rochelle Kay (Miller) Smith was born on July 4, 1943 in Wichita, Kansas.  She was the daughter of Milo & Elda (Flechall) Miller.  She worked as a buyer for Beech Raytheon an aircraft manufacturer.  On September 30, 2002 she married Gary Smith in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Rochelle and Gary moved to Branson in 2011 from Tahlequah, Oklahoma.  Rochelle loved to quilt and made beautiful quilt tops. She entered into rest on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at her home in Branson. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Douglas Lee Miller and step-son, Sean Lee Smith. Rochelle is survived by her husband Gary Smith of Branson; son, Gary Dean Smith and wife Erlinda of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Dawn Marie DePalma and husband Craig Boozer of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Arlin Miller and wife Ellen Jo of Branson; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2019 from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson, MO.  Visitation from 12:30 to 1:45 Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta followed by graveside services 2 PM, October 17, 2019 at the Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta, Kansas.  Those attending should use the 12th Street entrance.
