Rose Eva Jackson, 87, of Augusta, KS, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 in Oxford, KS. Service 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 22, 2021, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Piedmont Cemetery, Piedmont, KS. Rose was born in Yalobusha County, Mississippi on May 9, 1934, to the late Daisy Carrie (McMahon) and Clarence  Crenshaw. She was a homemaker for most of her life. Rose loved playing the piano, cooking, gardening, fishing, and taking care of people. She was also a Sunday school teacher for many years at Plainview Southern Baptist Church. On September 3, 1951 she married Buck Cleveland Jackson in Lake Village, AR. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Clarence, Dewey, Hayes, and Billy Crenshaw; sister, Lou Self; daughter, Heidi Culver. She is survived by: sons, Rick  Jackson  (Vickie) of Augusta, KS, Raymond Jackson (Stacy) of Oxford, KS; daughter, Tammy Jackson of Augusta, KS; sister, Mavis Edwards of Augusta, KS; grandchildren, Crystal McRoberts, Alicia Jackson, Courtney Jackson; great grandchild, Madelynn Mae McRoberts. Memorial donations to Amedisys Foundation 250 W. Douglas Suite 101 Wichita, KS 67202.
