Terry Lynn Shackelford

Terry Lynn Shackelford, RT, ARRT, RDMS, RVT, M, 70, of Augusta, KS, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at home. Visitation 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2020 and service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2020 both at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta, KS. Terry was born in Wichita, KS on October 28, 1949, to Jaqueline (Davis) and Richard Wayne Colby. She was a graduate of WSU and practiced her clinical/rotation in radiology at Wesley Medical Center. She was the director of radiology and practiced for over 30 years at Augusta Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. On September 16, 1972 she married Don D. Shackelford in Wichita, KS. He preceded her in death on March 11, 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother in law, William "Jr." Shackelford and his wife Wanda. She is survived by: daughter, Stacey Shackelford of Augusta, KS; son, Shawn  Shackelford of Augusta, KS; brother, Richard Colby and wife Terri; sisters, Trudy Gendreau and husband Lu, and Toni Roberts and husband Karl; brother in law, Phillip Shackelford and wife Joyce; sister in law, Levita Coley and husband Grover.
